The UAE 50th National Day Celebration took place on a floating rotating sculpture created by Es Devlin - a timepiece calibrating 50 years between people and land - in the mountainous region of Hatta, UAE - created in collaboration with the mountains, the sky, the deep green lake and an exceptionally powerful group of female Emirati artists.

National Day 50 is the second of a musical collaboration between Mohamed Al Ahmed, Musicom and Polyphonia. With a continued thread of traditional Emirate instrumentation, orchestras and choirs presented over an immersive sound system using 979 loud-speakers.
